Hello, and happy Screenshot Saturday! This week for HYADES, we're showcasing the new animation we've made for Orion!

Battle animations are some of my favorite things to implement and work on for HYADES, and so it strikes me as odd that we didn't COMPLETELY cover every move as featured in the demo? There's some skills in the HYADES demo that don't have a proper animation for them (Can you name them all? Win a prize if you do! The prize is knowing you're right), so we wanted to rectify that!

Orion in game is a move Ruth can use to hit past and even break enemy shields! If an enemy's pestering you with its nasty barrier, just go around it! Of course, the move also damages any shields the enemy may have as well, and different levels of the move penetrate more past the shield!

While the public demo doesn't have the slick new animation for Orion yet, but you can TOTALLY still use it to wail on enemies in our demo! Give it a go today at:
