Hello, happy Screenshot Saturday! This time for HYADES, here's a little preview of a battle background we've made for the beach!

We showed off fishing last week and while that's been going well, it needs just a biiiiit more time in the oven to make sure it's at its best! So for this week, here's a little preview of the beach battle background!

I've spoke about them a bit before, but I'm still suuuuper satisified with the style we've gone for them. I personally think it's a neat mix of the abstract style of the Mother series and the location-based style of a series like Dragon Quest, and for this background we wanted to capture the waves of the water and the umbrellas and sands of the shore!

What kind of enemies will you find on the beach? It's a secret, sorry! Disregard if I seem a little fishy right now, you'll see soon enough...
